Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead projects and teams to success. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing teams of designers, developers, and virtual assistants, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results. The position is fully remote, requiring proficiency in written English and a working knowledge of project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring high standards of quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of smaller project managers, designers, and developers.
• Break down client briefs into actionable tasks, distribute them effectively, and track progress.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Create detailed timelines and ensure teams are accountable for their deliverables.
• Monitor tasks using Hubstaff and other tools to keep projects on track.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement creative solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure teams have the necessary resources and information to perform their tasks.
• Regularly check in with team members to address roadblocks and provide guidance.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager handling end-to-end project lifecycles.

Skills:

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written English; spoken English at an intermediate level is acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and solutions for project management.
• Ability to break down and delegate complex tasks efficiently.

Work Setup:

• Use of Hubstaff during all working hours.
• Tasks and updates conducted on DG Bangla’s Video Conference Platform (camera optional, microphone required).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of web development and UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with additional tools such as Figma or Slack for team collaboration.

Work Schedule

• Fully remote position.
• CST hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Monday to Saturday, with one day off).
• Includes a “60-minute cooldown” during the last hour of each day.

Compensation

Trial Period:

• Duration: 3 months.
• Pay: Starting at 20,000 BDT per month.
• Bonuses: During the trial period, earn bonuses for every project successfully completed on time and with 100% client satisfaction.

Post-Trial Period:

• Pay Increase: Upon successful completion of the trial period, your monthly pay will increase to 50,000 BDT. Further increases will depend on performance and proven experience.

Bonuses:

• Earn bonuses for each successful project completed after the trial period.
• Bonus amounts increase with project complexity and success rate.

Incentives:

• Earn additional bonuses for exceeding project goals or timelines.

• Unlimited Earning Potential: There is no cap on bonuses, meaning the more successful projects you complete, the more you earn.
