Are you passionate about IT support and fluent in English and French? We're looking for a Trilingual Help Desk Level 2 Specialist to provide stellar technical assistance for our global client, The Functionary ! Work from home and make an impact in the fast-paced world of IT support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

📞 User Assistance: Offer technical support via phone, chat, or email. Assist with password resets, access requests, and basic IT training.

📋 Incident Management: Log and manage incidents, ensuring they're resolved within the SLA timeframe. Keep users updated on their ticket status.

💻 Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Apply known solutions or escalate as needed.

🚀 Escalation: Pass on complex problems to higher-level support, while ensuring users are fully informed.

💬 Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction.

🔐 Compliance & Security: Follow IT security standards and company policies, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.

📌 What We’re Looking For:

🛠️ Experience: Previous experience as an L2 Help Desk specialist, plus professional studies in IT is desirable.

🌐 Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. Knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10-11, Active Directory, and Exchange servers.

🗣️ Languages: Advanced English (C1) and French (B2) are required. Excellent communication skills in both languages.

⏱️ Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
