Middle Product Designer

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Middle Product Designer to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

• Working on multiple projects, aligning product goals with user needs through thoughtful and visually appealing designs;
• Creating and testing design hypotheses, preparing user scenarios, and communicating decisions clearly;
• Collaborating with researchers to validate your designs, prepare mockups, and conduct A/B testing;
• Designing high-quality UI with attention to composition, typography, and details;
• Working with developers to ensure smooth implementation, providing detailed screens and logic;
• Contributing to and maintaining the Design System for consistency across projects;
• Preparing presentations to share design concepts and outcomes;
• Collaborating with other designers, learning and sharing knowledge through team and training projects.

Your skills and experience:

• Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a solid portfolio;
• Strong skills in visual design: composition, typography, and hierarchy;
• Fluency in Figma: components, variants, autolayouts, styles;
• Familiarity with Design Systems;
• Understanding of the principles of working with a design system;
• Ability to balance creativity with user-centered solutions;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of how design impacts the business;
• Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Clear communication and presentation skills;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative team;
• English at level B1+ and fluent Russian language skills.
