We are currently looking for Tech Lead (Front-end Area) to work in Japan.

💰 Starting from 10M JPY/year
🧑💻 5+ YoE on Front-end (TypeScript)
🗣️ Japanese (N2 level or above) and Business English

As a front-end lead, we expect you to take the lead in making decisions and solving problems related to the front-end of the entire service.
Expected Role
- Leading technology selection and architecture decisions for rapidly expanding services and organizations
- Building front-end applications with continuous operational viability in mind
- Planning and formulating technology strategies aligned with business strategies, and technical leadership of development organizations
Requirements:
- Experience leading decision-making in technology selection, requirements definition, and architecture design for the front-end of services
- Experience leading the resolution of technical, product or development process issues
- Experience in maintaining and operating front-end frameworks in a way that makes them applicable to development.
- Development experience with TypeScript
- Ability to listen to and test hypotheses about UI/UX optimized for customers and users
- Fluent business communication skills in Japanese. Ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese, including text communication and meetings
Nice to Have:
- Experience in development and operation of large-scale services
- Experience in UI design and design for web applications
- Experience developing with WebAssembly
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js etc.
- Experience developing or using BFF using GraphQL, Apollo, etc.
- Experience in speeding up and optimizing web pages
- Development experience using SSR, CSR, SSG, AMP, PWA, etc.
- Business level English
Remote Work based
Day off: Saturday and Sunday
Working Hours: 11:00-16:00 (flextime with one hour break)
