Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer (for our Engagement/Billing team) that has expertise in Vue.js. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client-side of our web applications, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience. You'll collaborate closely with our backend developers, designers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet our clients' needs.

Location:

This is a fully remote position. Our dev team is mainly spread across EMEA and works in European time zones. English language level B2+ is essential for this role. Please submit your CV in English. Resumes not submitted in English will not be considered.

Primary Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
• Solid experience with Vue.js and related libraries
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM)
• English language level B2+
