Are you a skilled DevOps expert looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a motivated Application & Platforms Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support our client, the European Banking Authority (EBA).
This is NOT a traditional IT Helpdesk role! This is a server-side and developer-oriented position that requires a DevOps & DevSecOps mindset and a strong understanding of IT Networking and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage application-related users and groups
- Participate in daily application standups
- Assist developers with access requests and debugging issues
- Support deployment activities for developer teams
- Monitor the health status of virtual resources (mainly in cloud infrastructures)
- Perform operational tasks on servers and platforms
- Collaborate with vendors for advanced technical support
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Automation, Azure DevOps, and coding expertise
- Windows & Linux OS background highly appreciated
- Must have a contemporary DevOps mindset and solid knowledge of relevant technologies
- EU Nationality and Europass CV Template required
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory
- Availability for remote, full-time work with a duration of 3 years
