As a BI Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in driving data-based decision-making processes. Your insights will directly impact business strategies and enable our team to make informed, data-driven choices. We need someone who’s excited about data, proactive in their approach, and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analytics Standards: Develop and implement standards for monitoring analytical processes; train the team to ensure consistency.
• Business Process Monitoring: Provide monitoring tools (dashboards, alerts, etc.) for all core company processes.
• Experimentation Support: Create processes that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Growth Modeling: Implement data-based growth modeling to support business development.

What you bring:

• SQL and Python for analytics and task automation.
• Looker or equivalent for dashboards and data visualization.
• ETL Processes: Experience with ETL for working with diverse data sources and transferring them to data warehouses.
• Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehousing.
• Statistics: Knowledge of analysis methods, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Data Governance: Understanding of data quality management and compliance requirements.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Customer Focus: Desire to create value for users.
• Proactivity: Ability to work with ownership.
• Analytical and Logical Thinking.
• Problem-Solving: Willingness to tackle complex challenges.
• Team Collaboration and strong listening skills.
• Attention to Detail and clear communication.
