We are looking for Cognos Maintenance Engineer, who will be responsible for operation and maintenance of Cognos and BI applications, ensuring high system availability and user satisfaction across client’s BI platforms.

- Task Focus: Providing Cognos administration, application support, and user management across critical DHL BI projects.
- DWH Paket DE:
- Managing the German parcel data warehouse operating on Teradata, with WhereScape for scheduling.
- Tasks include daily maintenance, Cognos administration, user management, and application support.
- Team collaboration between Germany and the Czech Republic.
- BIC (Business Intelligence Center):
- A historically grown big data platform with over 10,000 active users.
- Technologies: Oracle DB, Informatica, Cognos, Tableau, and custom applications (Java, JSP, WebLogic).
- Focus on ETL, data management, and reporting.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience with Cognos Analytics 11.2.
- Proficiency in Cognos Administration via the Admin Console.
- Experience with Dynamic Cubes Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Report Studio/Development, Framework Manager, and Data Module.
- Skills in Roles and Rights Configuration and user access management.
- Application support and monitoring/scheduling activities.
- Familiarity with Oracle DB, Informatica, Teradata, WhereScape, and Tableau.
- Experience supporting large-scale BI systems.
- Perform Cognos administration, including configuration, user management, and maintenance.
- Provide daily application support for BI tools and reporting systems.
- Manage scheduling and monitor system activities for smooth operations.
- Support reporting development through Report Studio, Framework Manager, and Dynamic Cubes.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to maintain system performance and support business objectives.
