Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze market trends and optimize trading strategies, pricing, and risk management across diverse financial products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct thorough research, data analysis, and statistical modeling to drive insights into market dynamics and pricing.
• Support front-office infrastructure by maintaining and managing analytical libraries.
• Provide thought leadership on quantitative methodologies and technological advancements to foster innovation in trading environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python programming, with a strong background in data analytics using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, products, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex information to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in risk management and control development, particularly in high-stakes financial environments.
