We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Artist specializing in visual communication and graphic design to join our team full-time at Heenat Salma Farm. This role is central to maintaining and elevating the visual identity of the foundation and its subsidiaries, delivering museum-level quality design across multiple mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  •      Develop and implement visual communication strategies in alignment with Caravane Earth’s vision and mission.

  •      Design and produce a diverse range of high-quality materials, including:

       • Posters and large-scale print media.

       • UI/UX designs for websites and other digital platforms.

       • Book designs, from layouts to covers.

       • Digital communication assets, such as social media visuals and email templates.

       • Comprehensive graphic design projects for internal and external campaigns.

  •      Create and refine visual identities, including logos, typography, and branding systems.

  •      Collaborate on brand development and ensure consistent application across all projects.

  •      Produce original artwork, sketches, and illustrations for bespoke projects.

  •      Experiment with materials and textures to design tactile and sustainable communication pieces.

  •      Partner with internal teams to create marketing and communication collateral for events, exhibitions, and publications.

  •      Oversee projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to deadlines and the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  •      Proven experience delivering museum-level quality work in visual communication and graphic design.

  •      A strong portfolio showcasing:

       • Expertise in typography, layout, and composition.

       • Creative versatility in digital and print mediums.

       • Proficiency in designing across diverse formats, including posters, books, UI/UX, and identity systems.

  •      Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other design software.

  •      Experience in branding and identity development, ideally for cultural or creative institutions.

  •      Familiarity with sustainable design practices and working with innovative materials is a plus.

  •      Knowledge of traditional and digital design methods, such as printmaking and digital sketching.

  •      Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and justify design decisions.
