On behalf of a client we are recruiting a
Spanish Speaking IB Network Manager
Key Responsibilities
- IB Network Outreach: Contact potential and existing Introducing Brokers (IBs) to schedule appointments and build relationships.
- Appointment Scheduling: Use social media and communication tools to book appointments with IBs for further discussions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with IBs through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure IBs receive the support and information they need during their onboarding and development.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor basic performance metrics of IBs and share relevant information with the team.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in the Forex industry to effectively communicate with IBs.
- Supportive Role: Provide initial guidance and support to IBs, ensuring they are set up for success in their relationship with the company.
Relevant Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish: Fluent in Spanish is a must, with a good working knowledge of English for communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Basic Understanding of Forex: No professional background in Forex required, but a basic understanding of the Forex market is preferred.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to help manage and schedule appointments with IBs effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with potential and existing IBs.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote work environment.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Experience in sales, client relations, or managing partnerships is an advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing software, etc.) to track and manage relationships.
- Adaptability: Willingness to quickly learn new tools, processes, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and improving performance within the IB network.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
