About the Role
Our client is a leading performance marketing company managing an 8-figure annual ad spend. They’re seeking a Laravel Developer to design and maintain high-performance APIs capable of handling massive traffic spikes. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Laravel APIs.
- Optimize backend systems to handle significant traffic fluctuations.
- Work closely with frontend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement automated testing for backend systems.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience with the Laravel framework.
- Strong proficiency in SQL queries, with experience using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with automated PHP testing.
- Proven expertise in creating RESTful APIs.
- Bonus: Knowledge of OLAP databases (e.g., Clickhouse, DuckDB) or React.
- Residency in Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, EU states, or the UK.
