Head of IT Service Delivery
We are working with a global organisation looking for an exceptionally talented Head of Technology Service Delivery.
This role is about ensuring strategic and operational effectiveness within the organisation with a drive for continuous improvement. Someone to bring a strategic vision for technology service delivery.
This means that 50% of the role is about service delivery, ITIL, etc. And the other 50% is almost a diplomat. Working with IT and business stakeholders, someone who can say no but also find common ground. This role expands the remit of service delivery towards customer success.
What we need:
- Exceptional experience in service delivery, including leading IT teams and implementing ITIL practices
- Strong business awareness. Someone who is commercially savvy
- Ideally, experience working in a global or federated organisation
- Proficiency in ITSM principles and practices ITIL based problem management
- Adept in the identification and mitigation of risks
- Strong appreciation of current and emerging tech and their impact on service delivery. Cloud services, cyber security and modern IT infrastructures
On offer is a decent base salary of circa £70k plus 100% remote with great benefits such as 32 days holiday, gym membership, a generous pension, etc.
