Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and manage network services for offices and event venues, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
- Implement network infrastructure designs, covering hardware, cybersecurity, monitoring, and cabling.
- Collaborate on procurement, supplier selection, and onboarding for telecommunication and network services.
- Lead the setup, commissioning, and decommissioning of event venue networks, meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee network service delivery during events, addressing risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Perform equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and operational monitoring.
- Support project planning and change management while fostering clear communication across teams.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of routing, switching, security, wireless networks, and structured cabling (copper and fiber).
- Familiarity with telecom networks, protocols, and infrastructure (e.g., WAN/LAN, VPN, VLAN, VoIP).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP) or equivalent experience are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to extended assignments as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
