Conversational / Voice Interaction Designer
Job Description
Who You Are Interested in designing conversational speech, natural language, directed dialog, and chat applications for IVR, intelligent virtual agent, and other applications? We are especially interested in someone who will take a “Design Thinking” approach to our work, understanding client problems and co-creating solutions with the team. The Designer will work with stakeholders and the development team to gather and interpret requirements, identify appropriate features, design call flows, and write natural and conversational system prompts. The Designer also plays an integral part in application tuning to ensure system performance meets expectations and identifies areas for improvement. #BI-Hybrid

The base salary range provided is determined by market data matched to the job description and the level of the position, based in our industry and the Chicagoland area. We often consider candidates who do not meet all the qualifications listed in the job description (i.e., more or less years of experience, etc.). Therefore, an offer for this position may differ from the base salary range provided depending on the qualifications/skills of the candidate. In this case, an updated pay scale would be provided.
