Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will bring your design expertise to craft compelling visuals that deliver impact. You’ll play a key role in the development of web and UI designs, marketing materials, and digital campaigns that engage and delight audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Web and UI Design: Create responsive web designs and user interfaces using Figma, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for newsletters, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to deliver visually stunning and effective designs.
• Revisions and Improvements: Proof and refine designs based on team feedback, suggesting creative improvements to elevate the quality of deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and web design projects.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user interface best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience designing for digital newsletters or email campaigns.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or experience working closely with developers.
