Your Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll work on developing scalable ML models and deploying robust systems that solve real-world problems. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, researchers, and data scientists to design solutions that impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production systems.
• Design scalable ML pipelines to process large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate prototypes into deployable solutions.
• Optimise model performance and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team.
