Principal Collaboration Engineer (M365) - 100% Remote!

Optomi, in partnership with a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a Principal Collaboration Engineer who will be responsible for the design and operations of workplace solutions used globally by employees and partners. The Principal Engineer will play a leading role in the development of a technical architecture that supports workplace solutions that span across a portfolio of services.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Intune, etc.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Collaboration across Multiple-Tenant environments
• Experience with Entra ID
• Experience with scripting for automation purposes
• Experience in enterprise design and implement unified communications and collaboration solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products & Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, etc.).
• Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration & Unified communication solutions.
• Leading the development of a scalable architecture that supports the organization’s strategic roadmap.
• Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress.
• Participating in incident cause-analysis & assistance in remediation & design efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios.
• Working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments.
• Optimization and advanced troubleshooting of Collaboration Solutions.
