Analytics Integration: Implement and optimize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data-driven insights.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Japan and overseas to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver features.

Language & Culture: While English is often used, Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage for seamless communication with local clients and team members.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP), Vue.js/React.js/Next.js, and modern web development practices.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, CI/CD, Linux, Inertia.js, TailwindCSS, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, TALL (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Livewire, Laravel) Stack, LIVT (Laravel, Inertia.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS).

Testing: Adept at writing and maintaining integration and unit tests.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Japanese language ability is highly valued and English is a must.

Education/Certifications: IT-related certifications (e.g., Basic Information, Applied Information, PHP, CCNA) or equivalent academic background preferred.
