As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team—guided by a Silicon Valley-experienced CTO—to deliver best-in-class products using Laravel, Vue.js, AWS, CI/CD, Linux, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Inertia.js, and TailwindCSS. Success in this position means producing clean, efficient, and well-tested code, optimizing performance, and continually innovating to keep pace with evolving market needs. You’ll be a critical part of driving client success while maintaining a culture that values freedom, creativity, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
• Design and Develop: Build and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).
• Optimize & Refactor: Continuously improve code quality, performance, and readability; write integration and unit tests to ensure reliability.
• Deploy & Monitor: Use AWS and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments; manage server environments on Linux.
• Analytics Integration: Implement and optimize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data-driven insights.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Japan and overseas to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver features.
• Language & Culture: While English is often used, Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage for seamless communication with local clients and team members.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP), Vue.js/React.js/Next.js, and modern web development practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, CI/CD, Linux, Inertia.js, TailwindCSS, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, TALL (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Livewire, Laravel) Stack, LIVT (Laravel, Inertia.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS).
• Code Quality: Strong understanding of clean code principles, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Testing: Adept at writing and maintaining integration and unit tests.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Japanese language ability is highly valued and English is a must.
• Education/Certifications: IT-related certifications (e.g., Basic Information, Applied Information, PHP, CCNA) or equivalent academic background preferred.

Location: 6F Sakurayama Ekimae Building, 5-99-6 Sakurayamacho, Showa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture
Working Hours: 9:30–18:30 (Full-time)
Salary & Benefits:
• ¥250,000–¥500,000/month (with performance-based raises)
• Visa sponsorship and relocation support, including a flight to Japan for qualified candidates
