Position: Founding AI Engineer
Location: Aldgate Tower, London (on-site 5 days/week)
Salary: £80,000–£130,000 GBP (depending on experience)

Mission:
Develop AI-driven solutions for patent generation, invention harvesting, and IP portfolio management, transforming the way IP professionals work.
Product & Market:
- Targeting law firms, in-house teams, and enterprises (e.g., Siemens, Ericsson).
- 50-90% efficiency gains in patent drafting.
- Growing rapidly with $2M ARR and plans for Series A funding.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale AI algorithms for patent-related processes.
- Full-stack development (Python, Postgres, TypeScript/React).
- Contribute to product development, focusing on LLMs and prompt engineering.
Required Skills:
- Experience in AI product development and solving complex problems.
- Full-stack expertise, especially with Python and LLMs.
- Experience in B2B software and AI integration.
- Passionate about AI adoption and impactful technology.
Bonus Points:
- Publications in top AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML).
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks like OpenAI evals.
