Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Home Care)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our Home Care business. The ideal candidate will have strong advertising expertise and a passion for connecting with target audiences. This role is fully remote and requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing diverse marketing tasks. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH UPDATED CV AND AN INTRO VIDEO WILL BE PROCESSED.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective online and offline advertising strategies to promote our Home Care services
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to engage audiences and generate leads
• Create compelling marketing materials, including graphics, blog posts, and newsletters
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM management
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
