About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analytics. The successful candidate will have experience working in large multinational organizations and will play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the bridge between Software Engineering and Stakeholders located in 3 Continents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to Roadmap priorities, understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with global teams across various departments to gather requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Document requirements and specifications on Jira, Confluence or Wiki for easy access and reference.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support for global and regional projects, ensuring that local market conditions and cultural nuances are considered in business recommendations.
- Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- Track KPIs, business performance metrics, and trends over time, ensuring that leadership has the data needed to make informed decisions.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for decision-making by working closely with data engineers, IT teams, and other data stewards.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on Data Analytics.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Experience working in with Digital Transformations, Private Clouds and Edge Computing.
- Proven experience working in large multinational companies, collaborating with diverse teams across different geographies.
- Strong experience in analyzing large datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and adapt to different time zones.
