Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000+ per annum (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is exclusively for Mexican candidates eligible for a TN visa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, advanced technical skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies that drive business success.

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends.
• Machine Learning: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to predict outcomes and optimize processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Insights Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Communication: Present complex findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Innovation: Evaluate and implement emerging tools and methodologies to enhance data processes.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members and promote best practices in data science.

• Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Cloud & Big Data: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
