About the Role:

As CTO, you’ll be the backbone of our technical operations. You’ll lead the development teams, ensure projects meet timelines and standards, and set up processes to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our technology strategy as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and challenges early, resolving them before they affect timelines or quality.
• Implement and enforce SCRUM methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team performance.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce tech debt and ensure code quality standards.
• Mentor and guide project managers to improve planning, communication, and prioritization.
• Track key performance metrics and continuously improve workflows.
• Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, empowering them to do their best work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech goals with business objectives.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Expertise in implementing and optimizing SCRUM methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Strong background in overseeing end-to-end project execution and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks early and resolve challenges before they impact timelines or quality.
• Experience mentoring project managers to improve planning, communication, and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience in reducing tech debt and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Strong track record of tracking performance metrics and improving workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (a plus!).
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Salary Range:

• 9,000,000 - 12,000,000 COP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
