Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to coordinate and streamline recruitment and talent management processes. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams to support project needs and ensure smooth talent acquisition, onboarding, and team allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align on new project requirements and deliver the right talent for each project.
- Assign new candidates to projects in cooperation with the sales team, defining search directions and identifying potential risks.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects for diverse clients, adapting quickly to changing needs.
- Oversee the hiring process for team members, focusing on freelancers and contractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with body-leasing agencies and onboard new partners.
- Assess project risks, requirements, and needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (freelance and permanent roles), including screening, job posting, budget setting, and taking care of the candidate experience.
- Facilitate onboarding for freelancers and contractors, ensuring smooth transitions into projects.
- Handle contractor onboarding processes, including order signing, maintaining system data, and monitoring contract durations.
- Source candidates for urgent, short-term projects to meet immediate demands.
- Provide HR support, including contract amendments, termination processes, and assistance for new joiners.
- Lead recruitment efforts for AI Console, including process creation, communication with candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring system quality.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Requirements What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment processes for both freelance and permanent roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing contracts and system data.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach, capable of addressing even seemingly impossible challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in English (working in an international environment), with Polish not being required.
- Willingness to learn and openness to broadening your experience.
