Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Native)
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
- Full time (39h), from Monday to Friday
- Excellent work environment (multicultural)
