Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

• Create unique and innovative designs for luxury fashion collections.
• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to bring designs to life.

• Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Analyze competitors and market needs to maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for collections.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality standards.
• Conduct fittings and adjustments to meet luxury specifications.

1. Retail Integration:

• Support retail operations by designing exclusive pieces and collections for in-store promotion.
• Work with retail teams to optimize product displays and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury, fashion, and retail industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury fashion design.
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and trend forecasting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
