Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:

- Market Research:
- Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Analyze competitors and market needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the retail team to understand customer feedback and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for collections.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality standards.
- Conduct fittings and adjustments to meet luxury specifications.
- Retail Integration:
- Support retail operations by designing exclusive pieces and collections for in-store promotion.
- Work with retail teams to optimize product displays and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury, fashion, and retail industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury fashion design.
- Excellent knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and trend forecasting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
