Platform Engineering empowers engineers with autonomy and ownership. The Developer Experience team removes bottlenecks and provides tools to streamline secure, cost-efficient software delivery and infrastructure provisioning.

What You Will Be Doing
Platform Engineering empowers engineers with autonomy and ownership. The Developer Experience team removes bottlenecks and provides tools to streamline secure, cost-efficient software delivery and infrastructure provisioning.
- Lead and advocate for best practices in developer experience and software delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and implement improvements in CI/CD and automation.
- Build tools and processes that enhance product team autonomy and efficiency.
- Drive innovation by anticipating needs and optimizing documentation and service integration.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure or software projects with a passion for enabling fast, seamless delivery.
- Strong systems thinking with expertise in Linux, networking, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and programming (preferably Python).
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and a commitment to documentation and continuous learning.
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset, aligned with company values and a drive to make impactful improvements.
