- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira and similar
- Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
- Basic understanding of app development and database structures is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.
