Join Our Team as a Development Team Lead (PHP - Laravel)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Oversee back-end development with a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Collaborate on front-end development projects (preferably with Vue.js or React or jquery).
- Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical support.
- Manage project sprints and timelines using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- .Proven experience in PHP and Laravel frameworks
- .Proficiency in MySQL and database management
- .Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- .Solid understanding of modern software development practices
