Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full development stack.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-stack development.
- Technical Skills:Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Back-End: Expertise in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP, with strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
- Knowledge of Bahraini market requirements or regional development practices.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
