About The Role

As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of novel electro-magnetic sub-systems, focusing on areas such as RF work, sensors, and communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to transition from a technical engineering role to a managerial position while still maintaining hands-on involvement in technical projects. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise and guidance in the development of RF and embedded systems.
• Building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners.
• Contributing to the definition and execution of deliverable programs.
• Mentoring and developing teams of early career engineers.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Strong background in electronic/microwave/radar engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in RF work and embedded systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering teams.
