Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define strategy and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve business results through creating world-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling
- Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists with a focus on skill development, coaching, as well as maintain a high performing team.
- Delivers high value data interpretation and predictive analysis performance data to recognize historical trends that can be used to forecast probable results.
- Identifies responses to patterns, turning data into information, information into action and action into value.
- Lead and own projects from conception through to production and post-production support.
- Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation and implementation
Qualifications:
- Experience implementing or operating an organization’s Governance model
- Developing a high performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
- Experience driving large scale data transformations with competing priorities and initiatives to deliver optimal capabilities
- Prior people management experience is required
- Experience operating in a matrix global framework is required
- Creating a direct and indirect organization with a culture of global customer focus and the ability to deliver
- Ability to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision • Attracting and developing superior talent
- Building interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value proposition
- Analytical skills and experience leading risk-based oversight programs

- Advanced knowledge of data governance practices including data QA, taxonomy, data & platform integration, etc.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficient with SQL as well as programming in Python, R, Scala or equivalent language
Other Details:
- Shift - Mid Shift
- Hybrid Arrangement (2-3x Work onsite per week)
- Location is in Paranaque (Client has a relocation plan by 2026 to BGC Taguig so Candidates must be available to report in the said location)
- The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
- Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
