We're looking for a creative part-time Web Designer with strong experience in creating visually appealing and user-centric effective website page designs.

Who We Are Looking For
Required:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision, including examples of page designs for tech products such as SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Advanced skills in Figma for design and prototyping.
- General understanding of Webflow & SEO to effectively design page prototypes and collaborate with the web developer.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches to ensure compatibility across devices.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs that exceed expectations.
- Tolerant to receiving consistent feedback and iterating on designs for continuous improvement.
- You’ll be responsible for designing and prototyping web pages in Figma, ensuring that layouts align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience and have good conversion rates
- You will work on designing new pages for our main website https://insense.pro/, updating designs to improve efficiency and conversion rates on existing pages, and creating designs for landing pages used in paid campaigns (Sponsorships, Google Ads)
- Design necessary visual assets for pages (e.g., graphics, images, motion graphics) and collaborate with team members for images(e.g., motion designers for gifs or videos, graphic designers).
- Maintain and update design elements across the website to ensure visual consistency as the business evolves (e.g., updating pictures, gifs, and other product visuals).
- Design website popups and implement them using our platform, JustUno.
- Provide design support for digital initiatives, including marketing campaigns, landing pages, and email newsletters when needed.
- Improve the overall design of web pages to make them more effective, conversion-focused, and unique compared to competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing team, web developer and design team.
- Analyze UX/UI based on audience insights and team feedback to improve the design and user journey on the website.
- Design UI elements and components when needed to enhance usability and visual appeal.
- Review competitor pages and design trends to implement best practices on the website.
