Client: Big Four firm
Profile: Mid /Senior Data Engineer
Client means 40.000 specialists providing globally IT, project management and strategic business services to client member firms. In addition, we deliver support and solutions to clients from all over the world.
What you need:
- Technical skills are similar for both, Medior and Senior roles, and 80%-90% of responsibility is data pipelines development
Must have:
- pySpark
- Managing Spark clusters
- GCP (other cloud providers are not relevant)
- Overall implementation of data pipelines is fine, their specific technology is not required
Senior profile:
- might be involved in internal technical platform reviews and assessment
- Should have broader experience and knowledge of Data Platforms
- Experience with working with various stakeholders and team members
- Experience with quality of code assurance
- Financial/Risk knowledge is not required
Years of experience in Data Engineering fields:
- Medior: 3+
- Senior: 5+
Soft skills
- Candidates needs to have at least medium communication skills, to be able to articulate their thoughts
