Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.

Our team is looking for a talented Associate UI/UX Designer who has a passion for designing amazing experiences for our clients. If you are someone who loves working in a flexible work environment with a team that is as creative and driven as you are, this is the perfect job for you!

What We Expect From You

• 1+ years of proven work as a UI/UX Designer.
• A portfolio of projects that showcase your talent.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design tools: Figma & Adobe XD
• Good communication skills in English to convey your thoughts and opinions to the audience.
• Good understanding of User Experience and Human-Centered design principles.
• Has technical knowledge, logical reasoning, and the capability to understand complex applications.
• Has a general understanding of how design affects development to ensure that the development process runs smoothly.
• Love to come up with design solutions and provide a smooth experience for its end-users.
• BSc in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or relevant fields is good to have.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Listen to, analyze, and address concerns in order to provide solutions that satisfy both known and unknown requirements.
• Collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences
• Conceptualize original ideas by brainstorming
• Create visual mockups & prototypes.
• Follow style guidelines and brand consistency for fonts, colors, and images.
• Work with a team and follow a standard design process to achieve the end goal.
