About the role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly websites. This role involves building new websites using WordPress templates, customizing themes, and updating existing sites to meet client-specific needs and ensure top-notch performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop websites using WordPress templates, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Customize themes to meet client requirements.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for SEO.
• Implement changes and updates to existing websites based on client feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues such as plugin conflicts, broken links, and layout errors.
• Ensure websites remain secure and up-to-date with the latest WordPress features and best practices.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into functional, high-quality designs.
• Provide recommendations for design improvements, usability enhancements, and best practices.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and search engine visibility.
• Maintain documentation for projects, including site configurations and development processes.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• At least 2 years of experience in web development.
• A portfolio showcasing your web development work (please include links).
• Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin integration.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with website builders like Elementor and Divi is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
