Responsibilities
- Run A/B Tests: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests for digital advertisements to identify the most effective creatives.
- Improve current A/B tests system: Further develop our A/B testings system based on smartlinks and traffic attribution in collaboration with Analytics teams (from another projects).
- Testing Methodologies: Define and recommend the best methods for running A/B tests, ensuring robust and reliable results.
- Creative Strategy: Propose innovative ideas for ad creatives to improve conversion rates and attract valuable users.
- Optimizing Ad Creative Flow: Improving the path from marketing channels to achieving target metrics on the product side.
- Data Analysis: Occasionally make ad-hoc database queries to extract and analyze data as requested by managers.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on the performance of ad creatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Marketing Area: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field;
- A/B Tests: Extensive experience in setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests;
- Creatives: Familiarity with various ad formats such as banners, VAST prerolls, widgets, landings, etc;
- Metrics: Familiarity with terminology such as CPA, ROI, ARPPU, LTV, CPM, CPC, and Revenue Share;
- SQL: Proficiency in SQL for ad-hoc data queries;
- Python: Proficiency in Python for ad-hoc data queries;
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Learning Passion: Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving;
- Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Expirience as Affiliate Manager or Media Buyer;
- Experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies (such as entertaiment, online casino, mobile gaming, etc);
- Expirience with Airflow, BI Tools such as (Tableau, Amplitude, etc.);
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics.
