Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing data reports for external regulators and various internal departments regarding legal-related data;
  • Creating and managing new and existing Tableau charts and dashboards related to moderation and support actions;
  • Maintaining constant communication with the Product Manager and Moderation team leads, handling their requests for data extraction;
  • Communicating with the product team regarding analytics for newly implemented tasks;
  • Conducting research on existing moderation and support functionality to identify potential improvements and discussing them with the Product Manager;
  • Implementing new events and properties that need to be tracked;
  • Soft skills: solution-oriented, strong communication, and critical thinking.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
  • Excellent proficiency in SQL;
  • Strong knowledge of Python;
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar);
  • Understanding of metrics and the ability to create them from scratch;
  • Advanced skills in documentation creation and requirements gathering;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail.

Qualification That Can Be a Plus

  • Familiarity with data modeling principles and best practices;
  • Possession of data engineering competencies;
  • Experience working with GitLab;
  • Experience with Airflow.

Recruitment process

  • HR Interview (45 mins);
  • Technical Interview (1.5 hours);
