We are looking for an experienced Head of AI to lead the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based solution for a startup in Dubai!

They are looking to build a never-been-done solution, while also building and developing other AI-assisted solutions across compliance and cybersecurity for Enterprises.

As a Chief AI Officer, you will be leading the strategy and product roadmap, while being hands on building out a Data Engineer and Data Scientist team to create this solution.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles, with a track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products
• Experience with Real-Time Analytics, RAG and LLM.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Management, Fintech or related fields.
• Management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proficient in various AI and ML Technologies and platforms
