Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for blockchain/Web3 technologies. This role is centered on managing product releases, defining technical and functional requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver efficient and high-quality iterations. The ideal candidate will have experience in release management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Release Management

• Own the release process, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
• Define and formalize iteration technical and functional requirements, focusing on scalability and user needs.
• Plan product releases in collaboration with development, QA, and business teams.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth flow of iterations, addressing bottlenecks proactively.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as the point of contact between development, design, and business teams to streamline communication.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and resolve user concerns post-release.
• Work with external partners to ensure all integrations (e.g., APIs, wallets, dApps) align with the product roadmap.

Technical Expertise

• Provide insights into blockchain/Web3 solutions, including smart contracts, tokenomics, and dApps.
• Guide teams on technical best practices, particularly regarding blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
• Analyze the performance, scalability, and security of product features to maintain quality standards.

Product Leadership

• Translate business goals into actionable iterations and clear deliverables.
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
• Drive the roadmap by identifying dependencies, risks, and release timelines.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Skills

• Product management experience (minimum two years) focused on release coordination and iterative development.
• Strong technical understanding of blockchain/Web3 technologies (e.g., wallets, dApps, tokenomics).
• Familiarity with release pipelines, including testing, deployment, and post-launch refinement.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain protocols like Ethereum, Solana, or Polygon.
• Background in gaming or game design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Soft Skills

• Proactive and self-driven with an experimental mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple releases.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical details to non-technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards.
