WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
To deliver on Platform Engineering's mission, we build and run infrastructure and services platforms that serve millions of users of Trade Republic, by providing secure and reliable environments so teams can have access, visibility and tools to help them to deliver cloud native Software.
- Advise on and support the design and implementation of scalable processes that support our platform products
- Develop process automation to make cross-functional collaboration seamless
- Drive strategic decisions by independently collecting, preparing and analyzing information on internal and external processes and manage projects that are crucial for Trade Republic's growth
- Use data and SQL analysis to evaluate the performance of the system, find the right problems to solve, or understand the root cause of an issue
- You have graduated from a top-tier university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a Math/Physics/Computer Science field
- You have 3-5 years of work experience as a software/SRE engineer in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
- You have few years of work experience in a management position (team lead/engineering manager/product manager)
- You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are able to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans
- You have developed guidelines and standard operating procedures for all business processes
