For one of our clients, we are looking for a DXA Expert to work remotely from the APAC region.

As a DXA Expert, you will lead efforts in optimizing digital customer experiences using Medallia DXA. Your strategic mindset and expertise in digital analytics will enable you to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions for stakeholders, particularly in the healthcare sector. You’ll manage complex client relationships, design impactful program roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution of customer experience strategies. With a strong foundation in agile methodologies and technical project management, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment that values innovation and client success.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement strategic program roadmaps tailored to client business objectives, maximizing value on Medallia Experience Cloud.
• Manage multi-level client stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices in digital customer experience management, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
• Analyze and interpret digital experience data to deliver actionable insights that drive customer-centric decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing Medallia DXA to deliver high-value insights.
• At least 5 years of experience in agile project management and technical project execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital experience analytics tools like Hotjar, Content Square, Glassbox, or FullStory.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate APAC and EST time zones (e.g., 2 PM - 11 PM IST).
