Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Oversee back-end development with a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Collaborate on front-end development projects (preferably with Vue.js or React or jquery).
• Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical support.
• Manage project sprints and timelines using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• .Proven experience in PHP and Laravel frameworks
• .Proficiency in MySQL and database management
• .Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• .Solid understanding of modern software development practices
• .Exceptional leadership and communication skills
