Kapital Bank invites experienced and qualified candidates from Azerbaijan and the CIS countries to join the agile block of Kapital Bank as Bravo Club Product owner at Ecosystem Loyalty tribe

Bravo Club is one of the key sections in mobile cabinet of Ecosystem loyalty program displaying personal offers, discounts and campaigns in Bravo grocery store chain. The team is cross-functional and consists of backend developers, mobile developers, QA engineers, business analysts, IT analysts and marketing experts.

Requirements

·       Undergraduate degree or higher;

·       2+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery as Portfolio Manager or Product owner (preferably in Loyalty programs);

·       Experience in managing mobile development teams;

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

·       Strong communication and presentation skills;

·       In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;

Responsibilities

·       Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog based on customers’ needs and industry benchmarks;

·       Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;

·       Monitoring and evaluating product progress and key metrics at each stage of the process;

·       Identifying areas of product improvement based on data analysis and customer feedback;

·       Regular alignment on the status of the product with stakeholders.
