HR Manager (Web3)

About the Client

Our client is a major blockchain-based platform specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. They have gained recognition for their innovative approach to optimizing and facilitating decentralized cryptocurrency trading.

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, recruit, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development, compensation and benefit plans, outsourcing activities
• Lead the country HR team to ensure quality HR support is provided
• Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
• Drive and support initiatives, policies and programs to complement global HR practices and create consistency across the organization
• Negotiating compensation and benefit packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• At least 2 years' experience in HR
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ideally, an experience or deep knowledge within the Web3/Blockchain/DeFi ecosystem
