Role: Senior Recruiter
Location: Utrecht / Amsterdam, Netherlands
Type : Permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Expertise:
- 7–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in IT, consulting, or technology domains.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for niche and senior-level roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Market Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the Dutch recruitment landscape, including local labor laws, work permit processes, and market trends.
- Expertise in recruiting within competitive industries, particularly in IT and technology, in the Netherlands.
Candidate Experience:
- Driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
- Ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Technology and Tools:
- Leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
- Utilizing data-driven approaches to recruitment, including metrics for time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promoting diversity and inclusion by building diverse talent pipelines and implementing equitable recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, consulting, or technology domains.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and local labor market trends in the Netherlands.
- Knowledge of Dutch employment laws, visa sponsorship, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience recruiting for roles requiring relocation to or within the Netherlands.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset to address recruitment challenges.
