Our client, located in the Southeastern US, is a fast-growing industry leader in modern Plastic Injection Molding and Integrated Supply Chain solutions.


We are seeking an experienced and driven Injection Molding Sales & Business Development Manager to expand the company's business opportunities in the Southeastern USA.


MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT (GREENCARD) TO QUALIFY.


Location: Greater Atlanta area (Onsite or Hybrid Only, no remote)


Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates.


Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plan to expand new business opportunities
  • Main focus on Medical and Industrial industry sectors
  • Experience selling to executives and decision makers in many functional areas (procurement, plant management, etc.)
  • Identify and target potential (relevant) customers, establish and nurture relationships to generate new leads and sales
  • Keep CRM current – prospects, qualification, $ opportunity, probability, etc. (E-way CRM experience a plus)
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of injection molding and technical expertise to present and explain company capabilities and service offerings:
  • Become an expert at company – IMM, Mold Making, Automation, 3D Printing, Kitting & Assembly, 3PL, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with company Team and prospects to build mutually profitable partnerships
  • Seek customers whose product/manufacturing needs are aligned with company’s strategic initiatives and capabilities
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of successful sales experience in the plastics industry, specifically in injection molding.
  • Desired: Medical and Health Care industry background
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of injection molding processes and tool development is a definite plus!
  • BS in Engineering or related field a plus.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
