Position: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Dubai (6 months remote before relocation)

They’re growing fast and need a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join their Dubai dream team!
What You'll Do:
- Design infrastructure that's resilient and can handle rapid growth.
- Build out cool new features and level up the platform.
- Refine the testing architecture (we know, fun stuff!) and suggest improvements.
- Mentor the junior devs and help them make smart, solid tech decisions.
- Take ownership of key areas over time and make them your own!
What You Need:
- 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (plus front-end magic like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript).
- A mind that loves diving into systems, spotting what's off, and making them run smoother!
- Communication skills that can simplify the complex and inspire your team.
- Confidence to experiment and find killer solutions to tricky problems.
- A love for best practices – you don’t cut corners!
