About the role:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for ML models
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced forecasting and optimization machine learning algorithms
- Test and validate models to ensure robustness in real-world scenarios
- Apply dynamic business rules for data enrichment
- Ensure data consistency
- Debug and troubleshoot skillfully
- Manage cloud resources efficiently
- Implement CI/CD practices
- Maintain a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a data scientist or similar role
- 2+ years of pricing experience is a plus
- 2+ years in demand forecasting
- 3+ years of professional hands-on ML model development with Python
- Experience with libraries/frameworks like Pandas, PySpark, Scikit-learn, Prophet, TensorFlow, SciPy
- Experience working with any cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience working with microservices
- Ability to take ownership of your work, meeting agreed-upon expectations daily
- Understanding of and commitment to best practices
